Lifelong Recovery now providing help for problem gamblers
Lifelong Recovery are pleased to announce that, in association with the national charity GamCare, we are now providing addictions counselling for people who are experiencing problems with gambling.
From our new premises in Bridport, we are helping clients address their gambling addiction problems, and potentially avoid the devastating consequences of compulsive gambling.
In addition to providing support, information and advice, GamCare are able to fund up to 24 hourly sessions of counselling with Lifelong Recovery’s Addictions Therapist David Taylor.
GamCare are also able to fund counselling for those close to a problem gambler, thereby helping them to cope with the challenges of living with someone with a gambling addiction.
For further information please contact David of Lifelong Recovery on 0845 313 8478, or call GamCare on 0845 6000 133.

Lifelong Recovery acquire premises
in Bridport
Lifelong
Recovery continues to grow an enviable reputation as a provider of
individualised and effective client-centred services to those with alcohol and
drugs misuse problems.
A key
element of our service is that, unlike many other substance misuse service
providers, we are more than happy to see clients in the privacy of their own
homes, thereby helping them avoid the unfortunate social stigma often
associated with substance misuse problems, and/or to fit appointments around
client’s other commitments.
However,
we are aware that some clients may wish to be seen away from their homes,
therefore we have acquired comfortable premises within the town of Bridport in
Dorset to help meet this need.
The
premises are conveniently situated close to the centre of Bridport, a short
walk from a public car park and bus stops, and within a location that provides
clients with complete anonymity.
The room
has been designed to be relaxing, restful and secure, and where clients can
feel at ease in exploring their issues within a safe and supportive
environment.

further details, please contact David of Lifelong Recovery on 0845 313 8478.
